A new simple, cheap, and rapid method to increase the sensitivity of pencil graphite electrode (PGE) determine Linagliptin (LNG) was developed by modified PGE with copper microparticles (Cu-PGE). The disposable sensor electrode's preparation depended on electrodeposition Cu-microparticles that can be applied for determined LNG complexed it Cu+2 ions measure LNG-Cu complex onto Cu-PGE improved. this is easy, has high sensitivity. detected in range from 47.25 - 283.53 ng mL-1 detection quantitative limits 6.0 20.0 mL-1, respectively, a correlation coefficient 0.9995. proposed success dosage form, spiked urine, plasma samples; additionally, obtained put comparison reported electrodes.
